Printer Cartridges — Matched, Stocked, Delivered

How offices should buy cartridges

Written by the Siri Technofab technical team.

Order by printer model, not by memory

The single most expensive cartridge mistake is the almost-right one — opened, unreturnable, and the printer still empty. Our rule fixes it: every order starts from your printer's model name (it's on the front of the machine), and we confirm the exact consumable before dispatch.

Genuine or compatible? Both, honestly

Genuine cartridges are the safe pick for client-facing print and machines under service contracts; quality compatibles (like the V-JET Canon 328 we stock) cut costs meaningfully on routine internal printing. We quote both where both exist — the economics are yours to choose.

Know your consumable types

Toner is not the only consumable: colour lasers need full sets to keep printing, big Xerox and Kyocera machines have separate drum units with their own lifespans, and ink-tank printers have replaceable printheads. When print quality drops, send us a photo of a test page — we diagnose which consumable is actually due before you spend.

Standing supply beats emergency orders

Offices with more than a couple of printers do best on standing supply: we keep your printer list, you message the printer's name when a cartridge warns, and the right item arrives on the running GST account — with quarterly-contract pricing that beats one-off purchases every time.
