3. Orders & Payments
Orders will be processed only upon written confirmation or purchase order. Payments must be made within the stipulated period on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Delivery & Timelines
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, availability, or unforeseen factors. The company is not responsible for delays outside its control.
5. Warranty & Repairs
Warranty terms follow manufacturer guidelines or the service agreement. Damage due to mishandling, liquid exposure,unauthorized repair, or physical impact is not covered.
6. Liability
The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, downtime, or business interruption. Maximum liability is limited to the value paid for the service or product.
7. Confidentiality
All client information, documents, and data shared with the company will be treated as confidential and used solely for fulfilling the service requirement.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cannot be canceled once processed unless approved by the company. Refunds, if applicable, will follow company policy and may be subject to deductions. Digital and software products are non-refundable.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, ensure proper use of products/services, and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Governing Law
All transactions and agreements are governed by the laws applicable in the company’s registered jurisdiction. Disputes, if any, will be resolved through the appropriate local courts.

The company reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply from the date of issue.
