Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before processing or dispatch. Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation is not permitted. Service bookings (repairs, installations, chip-level diagnostics) cannot be canceled after technicians are assigned.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be applicable under the following conditions: Product is out of stock after payment, Service cannot be completed due to technical limitations, or Wrong product delivered due to our error.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable: Software licenses (ERP, POS, LMS, HRMS, etc.), Cloud subscriptions, Diagnostic fees and service charges, Custom-built or specially ordered products, Digital services or electronic deliveries, Repair jobs where parts have already been replaced, and Pickup/delivery and logistics charges.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise specified. Bank processing timelines may vary.
5. Returns & Replacements
Returns or replacements are accepted only if: The product delivered is defective or damaged, The product is still under warranty, and The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
6. Service-Related Refunds
For repairs, installations, or chip-level services: No refund is provided for inspection or diagnosis fees. If a repair is not possible, the customer may only be charged for diagnostics or attempted repair. No refund is given for liquid-damaged, burnt, or previously tampered devices.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If the refund has not been received: Verify your bank account or payment method, Wait for standard processing time, and Contact your bank if there is a delay. If unresolved, contact us at support@siritech.net.
8. Policy Amendments
We reserve the right to modify the Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication.
